Flat vacuum suction cups attach quickly due to the small volume of air to be evacuated. They feature patterned knobs on the bottom to maximize capacity and are excellent for holding flat, flexible materials without deformation. Relatively stiff, the cup bodies retain their shape well in production applications. They are excellent for use on fast cycle transfer systems. Use on flat or slightly curved surfaces, and for horizontal or vertical lifting.
Bellows Vacuum Suction Cups attach gently and easily with minimum pressure. Excellent for most concave and convex shapes, bellows suction cups attach to curvatures such as containers, bottles, cylinders, etc., and can be used in any orientation. Their spring action compensates for height variances in the load or machine inaccuracies. The bellows suction cup design duplicates the function of mechanical springs and ball-joint connectors in a much smaller and more economical package.
ANVER stocks a large variety of small oval vacuum suction cups to suit your vacuum lifting needs. Our Small OC Series Vacuum Suction Cups are best suited for handling small round or cylindrical oblong surfaces such as pens, tubing, or bottles. These vacuum suction cups are available in numerous sizes and materials for use on many small item material handling applications.
The cups are listed with the appropriate Series 1 or 2 fitting and Level Compensators on the right. Each fitting has a number of Level Compensators available. The Level Compensators needed for these cups are ANVER “NR” non-rotating type. This keeps the cup from spinning out of position.
